Thank you for subscribing to Revault. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with your subscription, we're here to help.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Note: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase and does not apply to renewal charges.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to all features until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period (except within the 30-day guarantee period)

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • New Subscription: Within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Service Outage: Extended service disruption (more than 48 hours) caused by our platform
  • Billing Error: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Plan Change: Prorated refund when downgrading from a higher-tier plan

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (beyond the initial 30-day period)
  • One-time setup fees or custom implementation services
  • Add-on features or premium services purchased separately
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This typically applies to prorated refunds when downgrading subscription tiers or in cases of extended service disruptions.
